 THPS-75 is a tetrakishydroxymethyl phosphonium sulfate type biocide. With 75% active content, THPS-75 is is a broad spectrum biocide and is extremely effective against Sulphate Reducing Bacteria (SRB) which are particularly troublesome in many applications causing both corrosion and the release of toxic gases. It can be used in oilfield applications and industrial wastewater treatment.
